This 3-session in-person series is designed to help you connect deeply to your body, release tension, and move confidently into labor.

You’ll learn how to use breath, movement, and pelvic awareness to ease pain, support your baby’s descent, and stay centered through birth.

What’s Included:

3 x 75-minute private sessions (in-person)
These sessions prepare both your body and your mind. Each session builds on the last to support you physically, mentally, and emotionally for labor— creating space for confidence, softness, and trust

The sessions are divided into two parts: A guided movement and breathwork practice, Where you’ll move through targeted exercises to open the pelvis, build strength, and learn positions for labor. And A supportive conversation where we explore what’s coming — physically, emotionally, and practically and You’ll receive evidence-based information about the stages of birth, how to work with your body during contractions, and what to expect in the early postpartum period — all while holding space for your fears, hopes, and questions.

 Session 1: Opening the Body

  • Prenatal yoga sequence for flexibility, alignment, and space
  • Pelvis-opening movements to encourage optimal baby positioning
  • Grounding breathwork for emotional balance
  • A session addressing your fears and challenging your beliefs around birth and tend to what may arise.
    You’ll leave feeling more connected, centered, and open.

Session 2: Breathing for Birth

  • Learn breathing rhythms for each phase of labor
  • Practice vocal and sound release to reduce tension
  • Partner touch and breath support (optional)
  • Discuss the stages of labour, birth and make sure you are ready with the needed information.
    You’ll gain confidence in using breath as your anchor.

Session 3: Pelvic Power & Pushing Prep

  • Explore your pelvic floor: release, soften, and activate
  • Try different positions for second stage and pushing
  • Full-body birth rehearsal with movement, breath, and intention
  • A session to answer all you questions, and get you ready for the birth you wish for.
    You’ll leave trusting your body’s instinctive ability to birth.
