The Midlife Journey Program was created to guide women aged 35 to 60 through perimenopause, menopause, and the broader shifts of midlife with knowledge, compassion, and practical tools.
This program blends science-based education, coaching, and embodied practices to help you understand what is changing in your body — and how to respond in a way that supports your health, confidence, and wellbeing.
How the Program Works
- Week 1: 1:1 private session to assess your current state and create a personalised road map.
- Weeks 2–6: 5 Five live group sessions offering education, reflection, and guided practices (75–90 mins each, virtual)
- Weekly reflection journal + actionable steps to support real lifestyle changes

A practical session on nutrition in midlife, because food is medicine, and an essential pillar in self care practices.
In this session we learn how to support your body with nourishment rather than restriction, and understanding how cravings, energy dips, and emotional eating are all part of the bigger picture of emotional resilience.

Movement as medicine.
We explore strength, the importance of having a fit and strong body for every day life and most importantly for your future self. we dive into:

- Pelvic floor support,
- Embodied movement practices
That reconnect you with your body.

The Calm Reset
Midlife and its hormonal rollercoaster often amplifies stress and emotional sensitivity.
This session focuses on:
- Nervous system regulation,
- Mindfulness,
- Breathwork,
- Boundaries
To understand their importance in daily life, and the many ways to incorporate them in your self care practice to restore balance and clarity.

A closing integration session centered on:
