Where My Story Begins

I’m Farah, a certified midwife with almost two decades of experience in guiding and supporting women through every stage of their health journey.

After graduating from the Lebanese University’s Midwifery School in 2005, I spent over a decade abroad working in various fields—from midwifery to sales, teaching, and even co-founding a creative business in the world of decoration and balloons. In 2017, I returned to Beirut with three children of my own and a heart full of stories.

And when I say I’ve tried it all when it comes to birth—I mean it. Here’s my story

My journey into motherhood began with an induction at 40 weeks during my first pregnancy. With limited access to natural birth information and social media just beginning to bloom, I followed the medical system I was trained in. The birth ended in a vaginal delivery with an epidural and a second-degree tear. It wasn’t traumatic, but it wasn’t empowering either.

My second child was born via cesarean due to complications. When i talk about it, I say “we delivered him” because my physician was patient, empathetic, and fully supportive of my desire for a vaginal birth. So he explained, listened, , discussed and included me in the decision making process. I cried through the operation, overwhelmed with disappointment. Though the birth deepened my bond with my son, it complicated my postpartum recovery in ways I wasn’t prepared for.

Then came my third pregnancy—and the birth that changed everything. I had dreamed of a VBAC since the moment I had that C-section. The odds and the information I had access to discouraged me, but fate stepped in. When my water broke, I followed my instincts, labored at home, and the result was an empowering vaginal birth story like no other. That moment marked a powerful shift in how I saw birth, recovery, and the female body.

I realized everything I had learned about labor, birth, and postpartum needed to be questioned. I began a journey of unlearning and relearning. That experience ignited a love, passion, and deep respect for our womb and the incredible, intelligent rhythm of the female body.

My Mission

If I had to sum up what I do, I would say this:
I advocate for a woman’s right to understand her options—from childbirth to menopause and beyond. I support women with evidence-based education, holistic tools, and emotional presence. From water births to home births, hospital prep to postpartum healing—if you can think of it, I’ve probably lived it.

Pelvic floor health is especially close to my heart. Often overlooked, it plays a massive role in recovery, daily comfort, and sexual wellbeing. I completed specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, multiple online courses, an in-person training in Dubai in 2023, and even a 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2021. In 2022, I studied fascia and body alignment—which deepened my understanding of anatomy and movement.

These trainings allow me to offer a tailored and holistic approach to preparing for birth and supporting postpartum recovery.

Expanding the Circle

My passion for women’s health doesn’t end with birth. Entering my own perimenopausal journey pushed me to explore deeper. I completed advanced courses in hormonal health to better understand the complex and spicy changes that come with this stage of life.

Now, I guide women from their first period to their final one—offering knowledge, empathy, and tools for every chapter. Whether it’s navigating puberty, pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum, or menopause, I am here to help women connect to their bodies with trust and confidence.

Today, I live in Dubai and offer both in-person and virtual support to women around the world.

Your story matters. And I’m here to walk it with you!

After my own birth experiences I developed a deep passion for advocating for women’s right to make informed choices in childbirth, and to have the proper support and education they deserve. This lead me to provide homebirth and water birthing options during the years I lived in Beirut (2016 to 2020). And to develop the birth prep empowering series I give to prepare for labor, birth and post partum.

I’m also passionate about pelvic floor health, which led me to complete specialized training in pelvic floor rehabilitation (Couple of online courses and the last one was in person in Dubai in 2023) and a 200 hr. yoga teacher training in 2021 and a training on Fascia and it’s importance in 2022.

These training broadened my knowledge about body alignment and anatomy.

It allows me to have a holistic view in preparing for birth and a tailored support for women in their postpartum healing journey.

My commitment to women’s health doesn’t stop at childbirth. My passion to women’s health and my own experience in embarking the years of perimenopause pushed me to complete advanced courses in hormonal health, to help me better understand all the bodily changes ( and believe me when I say they are not a few!! ) that occur during this spicy season of life.

This understanding allows me to take a holistic approach to support women’s well-being in perimenopausal years.

Whether it’s guiding women through puberty, pregnancy, childbirth, or menopause, I am dedicated to empowering women with knowledge and support throughout every stage of life.

I now reside in Dubai, offering both in-person and virtual support to women around the world.
