The Midlife Journey Program was created to guide women aged 35 to 60 through perimenopause, menopause, and the broader shifts of midlife with knowledge, compassion, and practical tools.

 

This program blends science-based education, coaching, and embodied practices to help you understand what is changing in your body — and how to respond in a way that supports your health, confidence, and wellbeing.

The Mirror Moment (Private Session)

A one-on-one session to pause, reflect, and understand where you are today.

Together we explore your

  • Emotional landscape,

And create a  personalized path for the weeks ahead.

The Shift Within

An educational and reflective session where we dive deeper in our biology and the function of our sacred bodies, and focus on understanding:

  • Hormonal changes,
  • Nervous system shifts,
  • Identity transitions 

 

That inevitably happen during midlife, weather you choose to see it embrace and learn how to grow from it. or pretend not to see it, I am here to help you choose.

Nourish & Rise

A practical session on nutrition in midlife, because food is medicine, and an essential pillar in self care practices.

In this session we learn how to support your body with nourishment rather than restriction, and understanding how cravings, energy dips, and emotional eating are all part of the bigger picture of emotional resilience.

Move With Power

Movement as medicine.

We explore strength, the importance of having a fit and strong body for every day life and most importantly for your future self.  we dive into:

  • Bone health,
  • Pelvic floor support,
  • Embodied movement practices

That reconnect you with your body.

Week

The Calm Reset

Midlife and its hormonal rollercoaster often amplifies stress and emotional sensitivity.

This session focuses on:

  • Nervous system regulation,
  • Mindfulness,
  • Breathwork, 
  • Boundaries

To understand their importance in daily life, and the many ways to incorporate them in your self care practice to restore balance and clarity.

Coming Home

A closing integration session centered on:

  • Embodiment,
  • Pleasure,
  • Self-trust,
  • Sustainable habits 

Helping you carry what you’ve learned into daily life beyond the program.
