The Midlife Journey Program was created to guide women aged 35 to 60 through perimenopause, menopause, and the broader shifts of midlife with knowledge, compassion, and practical tools.
This program blends science-based education, coaching, and embodied practices to help you understand what is changing in your body — and how to respond in a way that supports your health, confidence, and wellbeing.
How the Program Works
- Week 1: 1:1 private session to assess your current state and create a personalised road map.
- Weeks 2–6: 5 Five live group sessions offering education, reflection, and guided practices (75–90 mins each, virtual)
- Weekly reflection journal + actionable steps to support real lifestyle changes

The Journey, Week by Week
Week 1 – The Mirror Moment (Private Session)
A one-on-one session to pause, reflect, and understand where you are today. Together we explore your symptoms, lifestyle, emotional landscape, and intentions, and create a personalized path for the weeks
ahead.
Week 2 – The Shift Within
An educational and reflective session focused on understanding hormonal changes, nervous system shifts, and identity transitions during midlife.
Week 3 – Nourish & Rise
A practical session on nutrition in midlife — learning how to support your body with nourishment rather than restriction, and addressing cravings, energy dips, and emotional eating
Week 4 – Move With Power
Movement as medicine. We explore strength, bone health, pelvic floor support, and embodied movement practices that reconnect you with your body.
Week 5 – The Calm Reset
Midlife often amplifies stress and emotional sensitivity. This session focuses on nervous system regulation, mindfulness, breathwork, and boundaries to restore balance and clarity.
Week 6 – Coming Home
A closing integration session centered on embodiment, pleasure, self-trust, and sustainable habits — helping you carry what you’ve learned into daily life beyond the program.
